Lack of oil or incorrect lubrication · Broken gears · Faulty clutch or propshaft · Gearbox failure caused by a retarder not serviced by Gearbox Centre · Blocked or dirty cooler / cooling system (flushing is mandatory) · Unit tampered with or stripped by any company other than Gearbox Centre
Contact Gearbox Centre before removing the unit from the vehicle. No downtime cover. No warranty on electrical components and switches. Tip: always obtain and document the correct oil spec and fill volume before install — incorrect lubrication is the most common cause of early failure.
